Pumpkin Spice Mousse


1 small sugar pie pumpkin (previously roasted on 400 for 45 min; halved, seeded & skin lightly brushed with coconut oil)
1 cup almond butter
1 tsp pumpkin spice 
1 tbs chia/flaxseed mix
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbs coconut palm sugar
5 tbs unsweetened original almond milk (more depending on desired consistency) 

Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth consistentcy
Scoop or pipe through plastic bag into glasses
Refrigerate for 3 hours
🔸I layered this with a homemade chocolate sauce
🔸sprinkle cinnamon on top 
Enjoy! Tastes like pumpkin pie

Chocolate Sauce Recipe:

1 1/2 cups of water
1 1/2 cups raw cane sugar
1 cup of raw Navita Naturals cacoa powder
pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup non dairy butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

In a 2 quart saucepan, combine water, sugar, cacao powder, butter and salt together over low heat.
Whisk continuously until it thickens. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract. Allow to cool completely. Serve warm or chilled in the refrigerator.
