Vegan Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies


Hey loves!!!  Thought I'd share this simple bomb vegan cookie recipe with you! Hope you enjoy every decadent morsel....we sure did! ( :


Ingredients :

3/4 cup of olive oil 

1/2 cup of unsweetened original almond milk

1 1/2 cups of organic cane sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of crunchy almond butter

2- 3/4 cups of unbleached flour or almond flour

1 1/2 cups of Ghiradelli semi-sweet dark chocolate chips (my fave)

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp of nutmeg

pinch of salt

Directions :

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl combine the oil, almond milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond butter; mix well. Mix flour and salt, ginger & nutmeg in separate small bowl. Gradually add flour mix to the bowl and thoroughly mix all ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop out by tablespoons. Place the cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on the middle oven rack for about 10-15 minutes. I like mine to turn golden brown around the edges. Allow the cookies to cool for about 5 before going in!
