Green Goddess Smoothie



Hey loves!!! Happy Friday! This smoothie hit thee spot this AM! See, I'm not always coffee and tea! ;)


What You'll Need

1 frozen banana; sliced

1 tbs spirulina powder

handful kale

handful arugula

1 kiwi; peeled

1 diced granny smith apple 

1/2 cucumber; peeled and chopped

1 tbs coconut oil; unrefined

1 1/2 cups coconut water

handful of ice

* I always soak, drain then rinse my veggies

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour and enjoy all of this healthy greatness!!!
