Happy Friday loves! Now these little seeds are powerful as hell! Packed with Omega 3, Fiber & what's better than Gluten Free?! I'll tell ya....NOTHING! The great thing about this pudding is, that you can pretty much top it, mix it, stack it with any fruit, nut, or any topping you can possibly think of. Add sweetener of choice as well, I generally use Agave or coconut sugar. I'll also throw in a scoop of almond butter, all natural peanut butter, sunflower butter, or my all time favorite, chocolate coconut peanut butter. You can even blend it for a more smooth pudding consistency. OMG! You can thank me later! So this is one of my many different flavors. Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding.
