One of my quick go to meals on any Friday night.Veggie Garlic (Tandoori) Naan Pizza. So deliciously healthy. My kids love them! 


Ingredients

evoo
peperocinni
tomato
crumbled goat cheese
black olives
red onion
baby spinach
cilantro

Directions

Heat large non stick skillet on med high. Reduce heat to med, brush skillet with evoo. Brown Naan; brush side up. Flip and brown the other side. Remove from pan, cover with toppings, place in a 250 degree oven to warm veggies accordingly. It will have the perfect bit of crispness. Bon appetite!
